Data Deletion

You can have your data deleted at any time. Nothing here requires an account or a login.

Disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account

In your TuaniBiz dashboard, open Social and disconnect the account. This deletes the access tokens we hold for it straight away, and we stop receiving its messages and comments.

You can also remove us from Facebook directly: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select TuaniBiz, and remove it. Facebook then revokes our access without any action from us.

Delete everything

Email dennis@tuanibiz.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". Include your business name or website address so we can identify the account. We will:

• delete your business profile, website content and photos;
• delete chat, phone and social conversations, and their transcripts;
• delete bookings, quotes and customer contact details we hold for you;
• delete any Facebook or Instagram tokens and account identifiers;
• confirm by email when it is done.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep — for example payment records for tax purposes — are kept only for as long as the law requires and for no other purpose.

If you are a customer of a business that uses TuaniBiz

If you messaged, called or booked with a business and want your details removed, the fastest route is to ask that business directly, since the data is theirs. You can also write to us at dennis@tuanibiz.com and we will forward the request and remove the data from our systems.
