TuaniBiz

SMS Terms

Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Version 2026-10-07

These SMS Terms apply to the text messages TuaniBiz sends from its own numbers. There are two programs: demo and sales texts, for businesses that asked about TuaniBiz, and account alerts, for businesses that use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and your consent.

Demo and sales texts

  • Who receives them: people who agreed to receive texts about TuaniBiz for their business, for example when requesting a free demo website or when speaking with our sales team.
  • How you agree: on our website, by checking the optional box to receive texts about your demo, and, separately, the optional box to also receive occasional offers. You can also agree by telling one of our sales representatives that we may text you; they ask you first, and record your answer with your number and the time.
  • What you receive: texts about the demo you requested and its follow-up: the link to your demo, answers to your questions, help setting up, and reminders of a call you booked with us. Promotional offers are sent only if you also checked the box for them.
  • Who writes them: a person from our team, or TuaniBiz's AI assistant, which says that it is an AI assistant. These texts may be sent using automated technology.
  • When: we do not start these texts before 8 AM or after 8 PM your local time, judged from your business's location. Replies to a text you just sent, and the demo link you just asked for, can arrive at any hour.
  • Not a condition of purchase: you do not have to agree to texts to get a demo or to buy anything from us.

Account alerts

  • Who receives them: owners, managers and team members of businesses that use TuaniBiz.
  • What you receive: messages and tasks from your AI receptionist, if the owner has turned on text alerts in the dashboard (they are off until then); and, if a subscription payment fails, one text a day with a link to pay, for up to 7 days.
  • How you agree: by turning on text alerts in the dashboard, or by giving your mobile number as a contact for your business's account.
  • Codes: one-time codes for signing in, confirming a sensitive change or verifying a business's phone number are sent only when someone asks for one.

For both programs

  • Message frequency varies. It depends on your conversation with us, or on your business's activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any of our texts. We also treat replies such as STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, PARA and BASTA, and any message that clearly asks us to stop, as a request to stop. You can also tell a member of our team, use our Privacy Center or write to dennis@tuanibiz.com. A stop request puts your number on our single do-not-text list, which every one of our text programs checks before sending. When you reply STOP, we confirm it with one last text. If you stop account alerts, we will reach you by email or in your dashboard instead; stopping texts does not stop a payment grace period.
  • To start again: reply START or UNSTOP from the same phone.
  • For help: reply HELP, or write to dennis@tuanibiz.com.
  • Senders: our texts come from TuaniBiz's numbers, including the number of the sales representative who works with you. If our main provider cannot deliver a text, a backup provider may send it.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Texts from the businesses that use TuaniBiz

When a business that uses TuaniBiz sends you a quote, an invoice, a booking confirmation, a review request or an offer, it sends it from its own phone or email. Those texts are not part of our programs: to stop them, reply to the business or contact it directly.

Changes

We may change these terms or our programs. We will post the new version here, and if a change affects what you agreed to receive, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
