Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Version 2026-10-07
This policy sets out what you may not do with TuaniBiz. It applies to everyone who uses the service, including business owners, their managers and staff, and our affiliates, and it is part of our Terms of Service. Several of these rules come from the phone carriers, platforms and payment providers we rely on: breaking them can get a business's number, page or payments shut down, and ours too.
Messages and calls
- Do not send text messages or make calls to anyone who has not agreed to receive them when the law requires consent, including marketing texts sent with automated technology, which need prior written consent.
- Do not use bought, rented, scraped or shared contact lists to send texts or emails.
- Honor every request to stop, whatever words are used, promptly and for good.
- Do not make calls with an artificial or prerecorded voice to people who have not agreed to them. The AI receptionist answers inbound calls; its automated outbound calls go only to a business's own team members, who must have agreed to receive them.
- Identify your business in every message, and respect calling and texting hours.
- Do not send content that phone carriers prohibit or restrict, such as content about illegal drugs (including cannabis), sexual content, hate speech, payday or other high-risk loans, debt collection, or third-party lead generation, or content about firearms, alcohol or tobacco where the carriers restrict it.
- Do not try to get around carrier filtering, for example by rotating numbers or disguising links.
- Marketing emails must identify you, include a valid postal address and a working way to unsubscribe, and stop going to anyone who unsubscribes.
Content and honesty
- Do not publish anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or violent, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy. See our Copyright and DMCA Policy.
- Do not mislead customers: no false claims about prices, availability, licenses, insurance, bonding, certifications, guarantees, warranties, awards or years in business, and no fake urgency or scarcity.
- Do not impersonate another person or business, or suggest an endorsement or affiliation you do not have.
- Do not present our AI assistants as human or tell them to deny being AI.
Reviews
- Do not post, buy or write fake reviews or testimonials, or ask employees, friends or family to review you without saying who they are.
- Do not offer anything of value in exchange for a review without disclosing it, and never only for positive reviews.
- Do not ask only satisfied customers for public reviews or steer unhappy customers away from them. Google's rules forbid selectively asking for positive reviews; our review requests offer every customer the link to your Google profile, and you must not change that.
- Do not hide or suppress genuine negative reviews in a misleading way.
Health and other sensitive information
- Do not use TuaniBiz to collect, store or send protected health information. TuaniBiz is not HIPAA compliant and we do not sign business associate agreements.
- Do not ask customers for Social Security numbers, full card numbers, bank account numbers or passwords through chats, forms, calls or messages. Card payments go through Stripe's payment pages.
- Do not direct the service at children under 13, or knowingly collect their information.
Platforms we connect to
When you use TuaniBiz with these services, you must also follow their rules, which apply to us as well:
- the phone carriers' messaging rules and industry guidelines (CTIA), and the acceptable use policies of our communications providers, Telnyx, Twilio and Zoom;
- Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, for Facebook and Instagram;
- Google's Business Profile and Maps content policies, and the Google API Services User Data Policy;
- Stripe's Services Agreement and its list of restricted businesses, if you take card payments.
Security and fair use
- Do not access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
- Do not share your PIN, sign-in codes or a team member's worker portal link with anyone else.
- Do not scrape, copy or harvest our websites, the websites we host or our APIs by automated means, except through features we provide for that purpose.
- Do not upload malware, overload the service, get around its limits, or reverse engineer it.
- Do not resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with us.
Enforcement
If we believe something breaks this policy, we may remove the content, pause the feature involved, suspend or close the account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; we act immediately when the law, a carrier or a platform requires it or when people could be harmed.
Reporting a problem
