Affiliate Program Agreement
Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Version 2026-10-07
This Affiliate Program Agreement is between you and Tuanilabs LLC ("TuaniBiz", "we"). It sets the rules for earning commissions by referring new businesses to TuaniBiz. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of the affiliate portal.
Joining the program
- You can apply in the affiliate portal as one of these: individual, company, association or organization. You must be 18 or older. If you apply for a company or an organization, you confirm that you may act for it.
- We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. When we approve you, you receive your own referral code and link.
- You accept this Agreement when you apply or, if you joined before it was published, by continuing to take part after we tell you about it.
What you earn
- A new business that signs up with your code or link gets $20 off its first invoice.
- You earn $20, once, for each new business that subscribes with your code. The amount is the same for every kind of affiliate.
- Pending. The commission is recorded as Pending when the business checks out with your code, if, at that moment, your partnership is approved and your code is the one we issued you.
- Available. It becomes Available, a qualified referral, when the business makes its first real payment: a paid invoice for more than $0 that Stripe collected (not one marked paid outside Stripe), while its subscription is active and its account is neither paused nor suspended for nonpayment. If the first invoice is $0, for example because a credit covers it, the commission stays Pending until an invoice with money in it is paid.
- One per business. Each business can earn one commission, once.
- Not qualified. A commission that has not been paid out yet is voided if the business's payment is fully refunded or disputed. We check every Available commission again before each payout. Once a commission has been paid out, a later refund or dispute does not take it back from you.
How you are paid
- Available commissions are paid once a month. Each monthly cycle closes at midnight at the start of the 1st of the month, Pacific time, and the month's payout is sent on our first payout run after that, normally the same day.
- Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. When you first have money to collect, set up your payout account from the portal: Stripe verifies your identity and bank details under its own terms, and we do not receive your bank account number. Until your payout account is ready, your earnings wait as Available.
- One payout fee is deducted from each payout: what Stripe charges us to send it. The portal shows the fee and the amount you will receive. If your Available balance is not more than the fee, nothing is sent that month and the balance rolls over to the next.
- We may also send a payout outside the monthly cycle.
- If a payout fails because of your payout information, the portal tells you, and the money goes out again once you update it.
- We may hold payouts while we look into suspected fraud or a breach of this Agreement. [LEGAL REVIEW: grounds and length of a payout hold.]
Partner status
- You are an Active Partner in any calendar month with at least 1 qualified referral, and an Inactive Partner in a month with none. Inactivity alone does not stop your code or your earnings, but we may take it into account when deciding whether to continue a partnership.
- We may pause or end a partnership. While it is paused, or after it ends, your code no longer brings new businesses. Commissions you have already earned are still paid under the rules above.
How you may promote TuaniBiz
- Disclose the relationship, every time. Say clearly, close to your recommendation, that you are a TuaniBiz partner and earn a commission. On social media, include #ad or an equally clear label; the captions in your partner kit already do. The Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides require this disclosure.
- Be truthful. Describe TuaniBiz, its prices and its features accurately, and prefer the materials in your partner kit. Do not promise results such as search rankings, calls or sales. Do not present yourself as TuaniBiz or as speaking for it. Do not claim that TuaniBiz is HIPAA compliant or suitable for health information.
- No spam by email. Email only people you have a relationship with or who agreed to hear from you. Identify yourself, include your postal address and a working way to unsubscribe, and honor every unsubscribe request within 10 business days. Before emailing someone about TuaniBiz, check the address with the unsubscribe check in your partner kit, and never email anyone who has unsubscribed from TuaniBiz emails.
- No unsolicited texts or calls. Text or call only people who agreed to hear from you, never with automated technology unless they gave written consent, and stop as soon as they ask.
- No fake reviews. Do not post fake reviews or testimonials about TuaniBiz, and disclose your relationship in any review you write about it.
- Follow the rules of every platform you promote on.
Taxes
You take part as an independent contractor and are responsible for the taxes on your commissions. Stripe may ask you for tax information before it can pay you. [To be completed by counsel: who collects tax forms such as Form W-9 and who issues Form 1099 for commissions, TuaniBiz or Stripe on its behalf.]
Ending the partnership
- You can leave the program at any time by writing to dennis@tuanibiz.com.
- We can end a partnership at any time by telling you by email. [LEGAL REVIEW: grounds and notice for ending a partnership.]
- After a partnership ends, your code no longer brings new businesses. Commissions you already earned are paid under the rules above, unless they came from a breach of this Agreement.
Changes to the program
We may change the program, including the commission, for future referrals. We will tell you by email at least [To be confirmed by the owner: 30] days before a change that reduces what you can earn. Commissions that are already Pending or Available keep the rules they were earned under.
Your information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including how long we keep it: applications we decline for 24 months, the profile of a partnership that ended for 24 months, and payout and tax records for 7 years.
