Here you can find out what personal information TuaniBiz has about you, get a copy of it, correct it or have it deleted — and stop our texts. You don't need an account, and we answer these requests wherever you live.

Your rights

• Know and see it. Ask what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we share it with.
• Get a copy. We send it in a file you can keep or take somewhere else.
• Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we fix it.
• Delete it. We delete what we have about you, except what the law makes us keep — for example payment and tax records, and the list of numbers that asked us to stop texting — and we tell you what we kept and why.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still record that choice below, and it will apply if that ever changes.
• Limit sensitive information. We don't use sensitive personal information to infer things about you.
• Equal treatment. Using any of these rights never changes the price or the service you get.
• Appeal. If we turn a request down, you can ask us to look at it again.

What happens next

• We email you a link, or text you a code, to make sure the request is really yours. We use what you give us here only to confirm it's you and to answer.
• We confirm we've received it right away and answer within 45 days. If we need more time — up to 45 more days — we tell you why before the first 45 are up.
• If you're a customer of a business that uses TuaniBiz, or you called its phone line, that business decides about the information it keeps. We pass your request to them and help them answer it, or answer it ourselves when they ask us to.
• Asking for someone else? We'll ask for their signed permission, and we may ask them to confirm their identity with us directly.

• Business owners: download your data or ask us to delete your account from My account in your dashboard.
• Affiliates: close your account from the affiliate portal.
• Stop texts any time by replying STOP to one of our texts.
