Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms cover the use of TuaniBiz: the websites we generate, the booking system, the AI phone receptionist and the social media assistant. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

TuaniBiz builds a website for your business and can answer your customers on your behalf — on the website, by phone, and on connected Facebook and Instagram accounts — including taking bookings. You stay in control of what it says: services, prices, hours and availability are yours to set and change.

Your responsibilities

  • The information you enter must be accurate. The assistants quote your prices and hours as given.
  • You must have the right to connect any social account and to use the photos and content you upload.
  • You are responsible for honouring the bookings and quotes made through the service.
  • You must not use the service to send unsolicited messages or anything unlawful.

AI-generated content

Website copy, replies and blog posts are generated automatically. They can contain mistakes, so review what matters — particularly prices, availability and any claim about your business. You are responsible for the content published under your business name.

Connected accounts

Connecting Facebook or Instagram is optional and can be undone at any time from your dashboard. While connected, the service acts within the permissions you granted and in line with Meta's platform terms. Disconnecting stops it immediately.

What we charge

Every charge on this platform is listed here. Nothing else is billed to you, and each paid feature also shows its price before you switch it on.

  • Sales Hub — $29.99 per month. The sales pipeline (quotes, invoices, job stages, reminders, the payments report) and the ability to accept card payments. The first 14 days are free and need no card. The subscription starts only when you choose to subscribe, recurs monthly until cancelled, and cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period. If it lapses, everything you already have stays readable — you simply can't send new quotes or take new card payments until you subscribe again.
  • AI Phone Receptionist — $199.99 per month. Your own AI phone number that answers calls 24/7, books appointments, transfers real customers to you and blocks spam, with 1,500 voice minutes per month included. The subscription starts only when you activate it, recurs monthly until cancelled, and cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period. Talking to your receptionist in the browser is free and needs no subscription.
  • Extra receptionist minutes — $100 one-time for 750 minutes. When your plan minutes run low you can add 750 more for the current billing cycle. It is a single payment, never a subscription: unused extra minutes expire when the cycle resets, and you can buy the add-on again any time you need it.
  • Card fee — 4.5% + $0.70 per transaction, paid by your customer. When a customer pays a quote by card, this fee is added on top of the amount you quoted. You receive the full amount you quoted. A $100.00 quote means you receive $100.00 and your customer pays $104.70.
  • Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and bank transfer — no fee. Those payments never pass through us; the customer pays you directly.
  • Disputes (chargebacks) — $22.00 per dispute. If a customer disputes a card charge with their bank, this fee is charged to you whether the dispute is won or lost, because the card networks charge us the moment it is filed. If the dispute is decided against you, the disputed amount is charged as well. The card fee on the original payment is not returned.
  • How chargeback costs are collected. First from your balance: your next card payment transfers less to you by what you owe, never more than half of that payment, so a job always pays you something. Anything still owed once a dispute closes is added as a line to your next monthly invoice and charged to the card on file for your subscription. You will see it on that invoice before it is charged. If that invoice is not paid, card payments are switched off for your business until it is — your website, bookings and every other feature keep working, and you can still be paid by cash, check, Zelle, Venmo or bank transfer.
  • Refunds. Refunding a card payment returns the quoted amount to your customer. The card fee is not refunded.

Card payments, payouts to your bank and identity verification are handled by Stripe under Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, which you accept when you set up card payments. Payouts, their timing and any Stripe account requirements are theirs to determine, not ours.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Phone, messaging and AI features depend on third-party providers (Meta, Twilio, OpenAI, xAI) and can be affected by their outages or policy changes.

Ending the service

You can stop using TuaniBiz at any time and ask for your data to be deleted — see Data Deletion. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the rules of a platform we integrate with.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including business lost through an outage, a missed message or an incorrect automated reply.
