Privacy Policy

TuaniBiz builds and operates websites, booking, phone and messaging tools for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. It covers our own service and any Facebook or Instagram account a business chooses to connect.

Who the data belongs to

Two different groups appear here. Business owners are our customers: they sign up and connect their accounts. Their customers are the people who visit those websites, call the phone line or send a message. We process the second group's data on behalf of the business, and the business decides what happens to it.

What we collect

• Business information — name, address, phone, email, services, prices, opening hours and photos, so the site and assistants can answer accurately.
• Conversations — website chats, phone call transcripts and social media messages handled by the AI assistant, together with the phone number or social account id they came from.
• Bookings and quotes — the name, phone, email and, for home-visit trades, the service address a customer gives when booking or requesting a quote.
• Usage data — page views and clicks on the generated website, used for the business's own statistics.
• Connected account tokens — see below.

Facebook and Instagram data

Connecting an account is optional and always started by the business owner. When they do, we store the access tokens Meta issues, the Page id and name, and the linked Instagram account id and username. We use them only to:

• publish posts the business creates or approves;
• read the account's own recent photos, when the business wants them on its website;
• receive and reply to direct messages and comments on the business's own posts, using its AI assistant.

We do not read private messages beyond the conversations addressed to the connected account, we do not post without the business's configuration, and we never sell or share this data with advertisers or data brokers. Disconnecting the account in the dashboard, or removing our app from the Facebook settings, revokes the tokens immediately.

AI processing

Messages, calls and chats are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI and xAI) to generate replies, transcripts and website content. They act as processors for us and do not use this content to train their models. Phone calls are carried by Twilio.

What we never do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use a business's customer data to benefit another business.
• We do not use connected social accounts for anything the business has not switched on.

SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

TuaniBiz may collect mobile phone numbers and SMS consent when users communicate with us or with businesses using our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share consumer mobile information, including phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may only be shared with service providers when necessary to provide messaging, communications, or other services requested by the user.

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Users may reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

Business and conversation data is kept while the account is active, so the business can see its own history. Deleting the account, or asking us to, removes it. Access tokens are deleted as soon as an account is disconnected.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted — see Data Deletion for how. If you are the customer of a business using TuaniBiz and want your data removed, contact that business, or write to us and we will pass the request on and act on it.

Children

TuaniBiz is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify account owners by email.
